Then in Vendetta they have the smaller railgun, that when fired form a HELICOPTER has enough force to cause three skyscrapers to collapse.
I do not know about “save” since everyone is infected, but they probably would have been able to contain the outbreak long enough for the CDC to tell people to execute the recently deceased.

Left 4 dead was a struggle to survive a short excursion. The walking dead group would have a definite increase in difficulty in that world.
